Chief of Staff at Replo

Replo is hiring a Chief of Staff to help us scale smarter and move faster. You’ll work directly on high-priority initiatives across recruiting, GTM, operations, product, and whatever else needs to get done to help us win. This is a high-ownership, high-pace operator role. Some days you’ll be helping setting up our GTM automation infrastructure. Other days you’ll be sourcing engineering candidates, coordinating with legal. If you’re organized, data-minded, and energized by learning how a startup runs from the inside — this is for you. We’ll give you real responsibility and real feedback. You’ll ship a lot of work.
