Individual Participation Capital (BKY) regulation

Published 15 February 2013, the Individual Participation Capital regulation gave angel investing a legal footing in Turkiye for the first time, defining the licensed 'Bireysel Katılım Yatırımcısı' and attaching tax relief to it. The policy answer to the gap Galata Business Angels had opened by hand three years earlier.
