Courses and completions, next to the people records.

A `course` describes the training; an `enrollment` ties an employee to it with a status that moves from enrolled to completed. Compliance and onboarding trainings stop living in a spreadsheet.

Because enrollments sit beside the HR records, the audit questions are lookups: who completed security training, who is still mid-course, what does a new joiner still need.

What it stores

As ordinary objects in your workspace memory — readable by your AI over MCP, browsable like any memory.

course — A training course — duration_hours says how long it takes.
enrollment — One employee taking one course — status is enrolled|completed.
employee — A person employed by the company — job_title, start_date, salary, status (active|left).
