Tasks

Your to-do list, readable by every AI you use.

A task in Ontonym is not a row in a separate tool — it is a `todo` object in your workspace memory, the same class the extraction pipeline files action items into when it reads your notes and email. This app is simply the fastest way to add and close them by hand.

Because the list is memory, everything that reads your memory gets it for free: ask Claude what is overdue and it answers from these exact rows; the To do tab on the workspace shows the same list.

What it does

  • Add tasks with a due date; check them off; reopen them.
  • One list shared with extraction and agents — anything they propose lands here too.
  • Overdue and due-today surface first, done items keep their history.
  • Ask your AI over MCP what is open, due, or slipping — same data.

What it stores

As ordinary objects in your workspace memory — readable by your AI over MCP, browsable like any memory.

  • todo An open action item someone still has to carry out.
