Support

A ticket board that knows your customers.

Tickets are `ticket` objects on a three-column board — Open, Pending, Solved — with a priority on each card. Nothing new to learn if you've used a helpdesk.

The difference is what a ticket is connected to. It links to the company and contact from your CRM, so "what's open for Acme" is one question — for you on the board, and for your AI over MCP.

What it does

  • Open / Pending / Solved board with per-card priority.
  • Tickets link to the CRM's companies and contacts.
  • Move tickets across the board as work progresses.
  • Your AI sees the queue — ask what's open, urgent, or stale.

What it stores

As ordinary objects in your workspace memory — readable by your AI over MCP, browsable like any memory.

  • ticket A support request — status is open|pending|solved, priority low|normal|high|urgent; the report itself is the description.
  • company A business you deal with — customer, prospect or partner.
  • person A human contact — who they are, where they work, how to reach them.
