Recruiting
A hiring pipeline, in the memory your team already shares.
Two kinds of records: `position` (what you're hiring for) and `candidate` (who's in play), with candidates moving across a stage board — Applied, Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired, Passed. The board works exactly like the CRM's deal pipeline.
Because candidates are memory objects, the rest of the platform applies: paste an interview transcript into Notes or Meetings, extract it, and the candidate's record grows — reviewed by you first.
What it does
- Track open positions with department and location.
- Candidate pipeline board from Applied to Hired.
- Candidates link to the position they applied for.
- Interview notes extracted into memory enrich the same records.
What it stores
As ordinary objects in your workspace memory — readable by your AI over MCP, browsable like any memory.
- position — An open role you are hiring for.
- candidate — A person in the hiring pipeline — stage is applied|screen|interview|offer|hired|passed.
