An `objective` is the goal; its `key_result`s carry a target number, a current number and a unit. Progress bars come from the same two values you update as reality moves.

The quiet payoff: goals in memory become context everywhere. Ask your AI whether this quarter is on track, or what to prioritise — it answers against the actual numbers, not a slide from January.
