As of April 2025 the program was available to citizens of four countries: India, Pakistan, Thailand and Slovenia, with planned gradual expansion. Designed for sole proprietors, not corporations.

- Applied for and managed via the Diia app / uResidency portal. Flat 5% tax on income (favorable rate applies to earnings up to roughly USD 180K); tax payments and reporting handled automatically. Does not by itself grant a residence permit; it enables remote business operation and Ukrainian tax residency for sole traders.
