- Recent graduates from Norwegian education, researchers, or skilled workers seeking relevant employment in Norway. Applicant must hold qualifying education (completed vocational training of at least three years at upper-secondary level, a university degree, or special qualifications typically with about six years of work experience) and document subsistence funds of NOK 28,448 per month, i.e. NOK 341,373 per year (former PhD candidates need only NOK 85,344). The holder may work full- or part-time while searching but may NOT be self-employed or run their own business.
