- Long-term passive-investment residence visa. Individual investors establishing a company: USD 2.5M (5-year) / USD 5M (10-year). Corporate investors (directors/commissioners): USD 25M (5-year) / USD 50M (10-year). Foreign investors not establishing a company: USD 350,000 (5-year) / USD 700,000 (10-year) placed in government bonds, public-company shares, or deposits. No language/education/employment requirement.

- Launched 30 August 2023 by the Directorate General of Immigration (Ditjen Imigrasi). Grants a 5-10 year stay permit; holders are exempt from applying for a temporary stay permit (ITAS) at an immigration office on arrival. Spouse and dependent children under 18 eligible as dependents (no extra qualifying investment, separate fees apply). No dedicated startup/founder visa category exists.
