- Only companies certified by SIRI (Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration) can use the scheme to recruit foreign (non-EU) workers. Employer applies online on behalf of the applicant. Employment must meet one of five tracks: the Pay Limit track (2026 salary >= DKK 552,000), the Supplementary Pay Limit track (2026 salary >= DKK 446,000), the Short-Term track (up to 90 days within a 365-day period), the Researcher track, and the Educational track. Salaries must correspond to Danish standards.
