English language requirement removed; fewer immigration (time-in-NZ) obligations for those making more active/higher-risk investments.

- Average time to approve an application under the new settings is 36 working days once investment documentation is provided. Since April 2025: NZD $1.72 billion committed across 294 approved applications (Growth category NZD $982.3 million, 66.7%).
