- SIRS, established by the Czech government on 24 January 2024, develops strategic business parks for high-value-added FDI and strategic expansions (land acquisition, permitting, technical/transport infrastructure). Projects located in SIRS business parks are supported by state investment incentives, available for new operations or expansion in manufacturing, technology centres and strategic service centres (software development centre, data centre, repair centre, shared services centre). Incentives usually take the form of corporate income tax credits, plus material support for job creation, retraining/training, acquisition of tangible/intangible fixed assets, real estate tax exemptions, and transfer of land at a discounted price.
