- Within the EEC, seven special industry promotion zones have been established: Eastern Airport City, Digital Park (EECd – an investment destination for new digital ventures), Innovation Platform (EECi), High-Speed Rail Ribbon Sprawl, Medical Hub, Genomics Thailand and Tech Park Ban Chang. These zones channel the EEC's tax (up to 15-year CIT holiday, 17% PIT) and non-tax incentives toward digital, deep-tech and biotech investment.
