Sheena Allen

Founder — Sheena Allen is a tech entrepreneur, author, and creative strategist passionate about building innovative solutions. She founded Sheena Allen Apps while in college and later launched CapWay, a fintech platform expanding economic access through inclusive digital banking. As CapWay’s founder, she became the youngest woman in the U.S. to own and operate a digital bank. She now co-leads GRITS, a launchpad for entrepreneurs, and is developing a fintech-AI startup.
