ROLE REQUIREMENTS You have 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management, with 8+ years of total work experience at tech companies You will work out of our San Francisco office, on a hybrid schedule (Tue-Thurs in office) You are able to understand and explain technical concepts to customers You enjoy working with the customer directly, and spending most of your day on live calls learning from users You thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion You enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders and
