The ideal candidate will have proven experience at: Supporting technical aspects of the sales process such as product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots Leading technical discussions to educate customers on Veryfi products and usage Applying intelligent document processing to solve a variety of business issues Analyzing and tuning performance of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solution Building the foundation for deep and lasting relationships with the technical champions within a client organization Identifying and documenting the technical path to grow and expand customer usage over time Coordinating internal resources to resolve technical issues blocking sales opportunities Capturing and communicating product feedback and industry requirements The primary technical point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle and onboarding.
