Lead Product Designer at Vahan

We’re seeking a Lead Product Designer in Bangalore, India, to drive design initiatives from inception through execution. We are changing the way low-skilled workers discover and apply for jobs and you will help us to continue to push the boundaries of what is possible. You’ll help lead and define the product experience across all touch points, partnering with product management, operations, research, and engineering to make sure that we continue to lead and innovate in this space. This is a role for a creative individual with a high degree of user empathy, excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. This is also a highly entrepreneurial position reporting directly to the Head of Product and will require you to wear different hats if and when required. Please note that your final level/title will be determined throughout the interview process. Requirements You are an overall product design expert with deep expertise spanning web and and mobile.
