Founding Backend Engineer, AI Agents at Tivara

As a founding engineer, you’ll be working directly with the CTO to design and build the core systems that power our AI agents. You’ll own entire features across the stack and help set the technical and cultural foundation of Tivara. Some of the problems you might tackle: Voice AI Architecture - Build the core platform connecting telephony, LLMs, and models to power thousands of low-latency patient ↔ agent conversations.
