Operations is the backbone of SyntheticFi. As an Operations Associate, you’ll be the main liaison between SyntheticFi, financial advisors, clients, and custodian partners. You’ll help ensure accounts are opened correctly, transfers happen smoothly, advisors receive timely support, and operational issues are resolved quickly and accurately. This is more than a back-office role. You’ll have a direct impact on client experience, advisor re
