What You'll Do Call employers to verify job details Monitor tools that flag verifications needing human review Research and track down contact info to unblock stuck verifications Communicate status updates to the leadership team Follow up with clients as needed Suggest product or process improvements based on what you see What We're Looking For 2+ years in an admin, ops, or sales support role Super high attention to detail and strong organizational skills Quick learner with excellent focus and follow-through Strong people skills and clear, confident communicator (phone and email) Critical thinker who can spot patterns and propose improvements Comfortable starting early (around 7am PST on some days) Availabl
