Growth Engineer at Substack

As a member of Substack’s Growth team, you will be responsible for building features that bring writers to Substack and help them succeed here – making improvements to discovery, internationalizing language and payments on Substack, strengthening Substack’s network of readers and writers, and running A/B tests on key user flows. Growth engineers work in close partnership with designers, product thinkers, and customers to make it easier than ever for writers to make a living. Substack’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and exceptional benefits.
