Growth Operations at Spot Health

We’re looking for a top-tier Growth Operations generalist to join our fast moving team to work closely with our Founder and Head of Growth to help with most of the non-technical functions that will scale and grow Spot. Responsibilities Work on revenue-generating projects (SEO, socials, conferences, etc) Help build and scale our sales funnel/GTM motions Prepare product demos and presentations Oversee partnership integration projects Research one-off tasks and create internal processes Onboard new clients and drive engagement Help manage patient (test-taker) support Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in operations, growth, or strategy at a start-up, biotech company, or in healthcare Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve any problem and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks Demonstrated ability to contribute/own product initiatives and figure things out quickly Strong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skills Proven track record of exceptional ability and Thriving with uncertainty and high
