We’re hiring someone to support the CEO as his executive assistant. Oversee travel coordination, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. Assist with email inbox management, routing or responding to messages as appropriate. Provide calendar and appointment management support to leadership, as needed. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, ensuring all systems, accounts, and equipment are properly provisioned and deactivated. Conduct recruiting outreach, scheduling, and candidate communication. Log recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate records in tracking systems. Provide administrative support to the CEO for personal matters as need
