Conduct user interviews including user experience interviews, and problem-focused interviews. Review user feedback from many channels including our interview repository, survey response data, customer reviews, and support tickets. Streams tons of user session recordings. Use data to inform intuition and create product hypotheses. Turn product hypotheses into fully scoped engineering tickets. Create Figma designs for product features.
