Responsibilities Take ownership of scoping and implementing new projects & features in a full stack Rails webapp Lead implementation of upgrading our core product to the next level or releasing new products Establish and guide the architecture of several web applications Build leverage: a one-week task today should be a 10 minute task next year Proactively find ways to improve the codebase & team workflows Research and lead adoption of new systems/technologies Mentor junior engineers & constructively challenge senior engineers to achieve better outcomes Maintain a high technical bar via code reviews, testing, and sound coding pract
