Forward Deployed Engineer at Simbie AI

NYC · Full-Time · Early Team Simbie AI automates the 1.5–2 hours of clinical judgment work physicians do outside visits — labs, patient calls, refills, post-op check-ins, pre-visit intake. We're the first platform executing AI workflows requiring real clinical judgment, embedded directly in EHRs. YC-backed, distribution proven. Now we need engineers who can take our AI agents from handshake to production with every new customer - at the speed we’re signing (too fast to keep up!) You're the technical owner of customer deployments — from scoping through go-live and beyond. You'll work alongside the Onboarding & Customer Success team who own the relationship, while you own the build: integrations, custom workflows, and making agents actually work in the wild. This isn't a support role. You'll ship production code, debug live integrations, and shape the product from what you learn in the field. You'll be the bridge between our platform and the complexity of real health systems. The ideal candidate is a self-directed production engineer who thrives on direct customer interaction.
