Sr UX/UI Designer at Runa

Reports to: Design Manager Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced product UX/UI designer to be a strategic design contributor and help us visualize the future of HR and payroll platforms. You have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for pixel-perfect details. You will conceptualize, design and ship features and products for one of the fastest growing startups in LATAM, working along with a multicultural team of Product Managers, Engineers and Designers. Responsibilities: Deliver complete and consistent design components based on visual design principles such as hierarchy, alignment, composition, balance, and rhythm. Take ownership and responsibility for complete design projects, from definition to delivery. Justify design decisions to stakeholders and other team members. Maintain and improve the company’s design system in collaboration with frontend developers. Write error-free copy that clearly communicates the necessary information and message, aligned with the tone and style of the company’s brand.
