What You’ll Do Build and scale core workflows across prior authorizations, benefits verification, payer communication, and clinic operations Work directly with customers to understand workflows and rapidly iterate on product Develop AI agents and tooling for document parsing, data extraction, workflow automation, and operational decision-making Develop robust systems that can handle messy and inconsistent healthcare data Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and rapidly iterate on solutions Help establish engineering processes and tooling as we scale Who you are Strong product intuition and ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments Proactive about using AI tools to
