Product Lead, Earn at Rove

A Product Lead, Earn at Rove will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the ways users earn Rove Miles outside of travel. This role will focus on Rove Shopping, Rove Dining, personalized offers, gift cards, merchant integrations, card-linked offers, browser extension experiences, attribution, transaction tracking, and rewards infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, product-driven, and excited to build the earning layer that helps users turn everyday spend into aspirational travel. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap for Rove’s Earn pod, including shopping, dining, personalized offers, gift cards, merchant integrations, and card-linked offers. Translate complex merchant, affiliate, dining, and card-linked offer systems into simple user-facing earning experiences. Partner closely with engineering to define requirements for attribution, transaction tracking, offer eligibility, pending miles, confirmed miles, reversals, and missing miles flows. Build merchant-facing product experiences, including onboarding, offer setup, campaign management, reporting, and integration workflows.
