What this role is You make Retell's community into a growth channel. Here's what that means concretely. We already have the scaffolding: a Certified Partner Program with tiers, a growing roster of agency partners, an app partner directory, a Discourse forum, and YouTube creators making Retell content organically. What we don't have is someone who owns all of it full-time and turns it into a compounding growth engine. What you'll do Scale the partner ecosystem. We have certified partners building voice agents for clients across healthcare, restaurants, real estate, insurance, and more. You'll be the person who activates this ecosystem — recruiting new partners, keeping existing ones engaged, making sure they have what they need (early access, co-marketing, referral tracking, templates), and tracking which partners are actually driving revenue.
