We’re seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives on ownership and loves building robust, high-performance systems from first principles. You’ll work across our stack — from front-end interfaces to backend data pipelines — to ship production-ready code that powers the world’s most complex logistics operations. Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization. Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across the stack (Python, Next.js, Node). Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction. Uphold engineering excellence through thoughtful code review and testing. Mentor new engineers and help shape our engineering culture. 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments. Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js. Passionate about logistics, ideally with prior experience in the industry. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Build foundational systems that will power global trade. Work directly with founders and customers — your code will have real-world impact.
