Sales Operations Manager at Pylon

We’ve historically grown around 15% month over month and are planning to 4x ARR next year, driven primarily by net-new sales. To support this growth, we are significantly increasing headcount across SDRs and AEs and continuing to invest in our go-to-market infrastructure. We operate in person, move quickly, and expect people to be hands-on. This is an execution-heavy environment where systems are built, tested, and refined in real time.
