Customers love us. Our top sales channel is unprompted referrals. We’re hiring founding engineers to help build the infrastructure behind the next generation of B2B software. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the product, the company, and the way healthcare and staffing operations are run. You’ll be among the first employees at an early-stage startup, which means challenge, uncertainty, and opportunity. This role isn’t for everyone — to be a good fit, you need to be hungry to move build, break and push boundaries. Ship fast, talk to customers, and build AI agents that automate complex tasks in healthcare Work across the stack — from building AI agents to delivering elegant user-facing features.
