Founding Designer at Pillar

Pillar.io is hiring for a full-time UX designer to join our growing team. Responsibilities: You will work directly on projects that impact users (content creators, talent & brand managers). You’ll gain exposure to how designs are implemented, with the opportunity to contribute at every stage of the ideation & design process from concept to delivery You will contribute to the improvement of Pillar, whether through designing UX and researching how users interact with the product You will help build design methodology & thinking at the company, resulting in material improvements across our suite of products – as well as how to measure, analyze, and solve customer problems About the team: We are a close-knit, strong technical team focused on building beautiful and intuitive products.
