Founding Engineer at NOSO LABS

As Founding Software Engineer, you will be our first full-time engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our product and technology stack from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding team to design and build features end-to-end, bringing new AI-driven capabilities to market. This is not a standard internship or part-time role – you'll be a core member of the team, writing production-quality code and making high-impact decisions from day one. We move at startup speed: you'll prototype, iterate, and deploy features rapidly, learn on the fly, and help define our engineering culture and architecture. Build full-stack features: Develop and ship core product functionality using our React Native mobile frontend and Python backend. Take features from idea to production, including UI, business logic, and cloud services. AI/ML integration: Collaborate on designing and integrating large language models (LLMs) and other AI models into our applications.
