We're looking for a Growth Engineer who builds growth like a product — content systems, agent discovery infrastructure, and developer community at scale. What You'll Do Own SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — make Naïve the default answer when an agent asks "how do I form a company / open a bank account / run KYC" Build content engines — programmatic SEO, blog automation, UGC creator pipelines, doc → distribution flows Run our developer community — Discord, hackathons, sample apps, integration partners Drive PR + launches — coordinate releases, write developer-facing content, ship landing pages Build the tools you need — internal dashboards, attribution systems, content automation Ship measurable growth experiments weekly The Role You don't write a content brief and hand it off.
