Deployment Strategist at mdhub

We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to own how mdhub lands inside behavioral health organizations - from signed contract to full adoption. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer success, and product strategy - equal parts strategist and executor. You'll partner directly with clinic operators, clinical directors, and frontline clinicians to understand their workflows, map their pain points, and design the rollout that makes mdhub the operating system they can't live without. You'll work alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers to scope what needs to be built, then drive the change management and adoption that turns a deployment into a long-term expansion. This is an early, high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founding team. You'll be defining what great deployment looks like at mdhub while the product and market are evolving rapidly.
