Head of Talent at Luminai

As our Head of Talent , you will own end-to-end recruiting and help build the people foundations that let Luminai scale. This is a high-impact role at a key growth moment. You’ll be responsible for building hiring strategy, running full-cycle recruiting across teams, and evolving our hiring processes as we grow. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define what “great” looks like, build repeatable systems, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the way we operate: high-ownership, high-velocity, and high standards.
