Founding Engineer at Leeroo

Leeroo is a YC-backed company building continuously learning AI agents that evolve into expert teammates, with a technical team of researchers and engineers from Meta AI, LinkedIn AI, and EPFL. As a Founding Engineer, you’ll guide customers through the full lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery to production rollout and post-launch iteration, turning real business problems into robust agentic systems. Day to day, you’ll work directly with customer stakeholders and engineers to align requirements, unblock data access, and stitch our agents into their enterprise tech stack to deliver production value quickly. Be a customer-first problem solver: work end-to-end with customers, from discovery to delivery, turning ambiguous asks into scoped, shippable plans with clear ROI, while navigating the messy middle (chasing data owners, mapping processes, wrangling imperfect data/APIs) to show the impact of Leeroo Agents effectively.
