About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join our legal team, specializing in title verification and property documentation for banks and NBFCs. This role involves a mix of desk-based legal review and on-ground field verification, requiring someone who is detail-oriented, legally sharp, and comfortable with regular travel. Key Responsibilities: ⁠Title Search & Verification: Conduct comprehensive title searches for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Examine revenue records, encumbrance certificates, mutation entries, and chain of title documents. Prepare detailed Title Search Reports (TSRs) for mortgage and loan transactions. ⁠Identify title defects, encumbrances, litigation risks, and pending dues.
