About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to roll up their sleeves and help scale the most creator-friendly bank in the world. This is a high-impact, highly scrappy role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and doing whatever it takes to move the needle — from spinning up a new landing page in Webflow, to debugging a signup flow, to automating a report for our ops team unlocking a 10x on their output. You’ll work across growth, product, and operations — partnering with designers, analysts, and founders — to ship experiments, automate systems, and unlock growth across our banking and card products.
