About Kalinda: Problem: The nature of class actions involves thousands of cases for a single lawsuit. For every plaintiff (injured person), law firms involved in these cases compile everything from the products they used to the injuries they have. These firms work tirelessly to get a verbal account from their plaintiffs, follow up again and again to fill the gaps, and eventually record what they need. And that’s only half the supporting evidence — the rest is buried in thousands of pages of medical, financial, and employment records that demand just as much attention. Mission: Over the next decade, Kalinda will accelerate how injured people around the world receive compensation for corporate negligence.
