Mission: IronLedger is reducing the cost to manage housing, starting with automated accounting. Problem: Hiring accountants is expensive ($100K+ annually) and the market is already facing a shortage of back-office workers (75% of CPAs are retiring in the next 8 years and property manager turnover is ~30% annually). We’re building agents to automate accounting for owners and managers of $2.6T+ in real estate assets. IronLedger is hiring 1 founding engineer to be in-person in New York City as soon as possible.
