Member of growth staff - Paris at Huscarl

The role Working directly with the founders, you will be trusted with a nascent business unit and do the work with full execution autonomy – sales calls, marketing campaigns, customer support and gradual operations automation. Specifically, you will: • Learn by doing – build your pipeline, take calls, ensure proper service / product delivery and customer satisfaction • Build systems – create templates from first principles, document edge cases, structure feedback from the ground into usable data and insights, iterate into workflows that scale • Automate – use Claude Code or Codex and work with technical staff to lift bottlenecks ˜ Requirements • High agency and ownership mentality • Tasteful and able to judge independently from consensus or AI slop • Located in Paris, fluency in French and English required ˜ Nice to have • Academic excellence • 2 – 5 years of experience in corporate insurance or reinsurance • 2 – 5 years of experience in high-paced environments: management consulting, finance, venture-backed tech companies • Demonstrated track-record in client-facing positions and/or revenue generation in a B2B environment • Demonstrated track-record using AI tools
