Member of technical staff – Paris at Huscarl

The role Working directly with the founders, you will improve client-facing and internal software with full ownership: frontend, backend, infrastructure. You will work with Claude Code and Codex. Specifically, you will: • Maintain and improve client-facing software – knowledge management, data extraction, embedded agents, connectors with 3rd party software, continuous improvement of UX/UI based on feedback, self-improving loops • Build AI agents that run the business – working with growth staff, automate business workflows toward full automation ˜ Requirements • High agency and ownership mentality • Tasteful and able to judge independently from consensus or AI slop • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript • Ability to work across the stack • Located in Paris, fluency in French and English required ˜ Nice to have • Academic excellence • 2 – 5 years shipping software in venture-backed tech companies • Demonstrated track-record building with AI tools and managing multiple coding sessions • Familiarity with data science and/or statistics
