Founders Associate at HeyCharge

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to join HeyCharge and serve as an extension of our founding team. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on a wide range of strategic, operational, and special projects — from investor materials and market analysis to internal process optimization and product launches. If you’ve ever wanted a front-row seat to how a venture-backed startup scales globally, this is it. This is not a “shadowing” role — you’ll be a high-impact problem solver who thrives on taking ownership, figuring things out, and making things happen. One week you might be refining a financial model or preparing for a board meeting; the next, you’re helping coordinate a product rollout or streamlining how information flows across teams.
