Overview Gemnote is a fast-growing promotional products and branded merchandise company helping modern brands create meaningful physical experiences. We’re scaling quickly and physical operations are now the heartbeat of our business. We’re looking for a Head of Operations to own and scale our warehouse, fulfillment, and global logistics infrastructure. This is a hands-on, build-from-zero-to-one role for someone who has scaled operations at a startup and is excited to build the backbone of a modern merchandising company. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including managing our onsite team of 3-5 people in San Leandro, CA; ensure warehouse organization, inventory accuracy and on-time shipment performance Improve SOPs, inventory systems, and fulfillment workflows; implement operational KPIs and reporting dashboards to increase efficiency Plan and execute expansion into additional warehouse and/or fulfillment space; hire and build out fulfillment and operations teams as needed Optimize and manage relationships wit
