Every month hundreds of millions of lines of code are added to codebases of companies ranging from startups to fortune 500. Building a great coding agent is likely the most valuable technical challenges to solve right now, and we’re already making great progress on this. Build/iterate on agentic evaluation, and discovery multi agent strategies to solve harder and harder coding problems on large codebases Manage infrastructure of our h100 cluster, and implement run time improvements like speculative decoding, kv-cache tuning, etc. Talk to engineers to gather feedback, and implement/deploy quickly with little to no hand holding Can articulate an impressive engineering feat that you’ve accomplished that shows you can build quickly 0-3 years of software experience/B.S computer science is nice to have, but not hard requirement Kotlin or Android engineering experience is a plus, but not a requirement Willingness to work extremely hard in a tight knit team.
