About the Role We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founding team on various product and growth initiatives. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build product-led growth loops, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive engagement through data, experimentation, and storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing - ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of growth. In This Role, You Will Build and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention flows that drive sustained engagement. Lead data-driven growth experiments across product and marketing — from in-app feature tests to channel optimization. Partner with design, engineering, and content to craft user journeys that convert and delight. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, influencer, paid, and lifecycle) to acquire and re-engage users. Own growth analytics and funnel dashboards —
